Catfish and Oyster fish fry

I use an electric fryer to keep oil temp consistent. I cut the catfish into nuggets of equal size so they will cook evenly and salt. I take some fish fry batter and dump into a quart sized ziplock bag, then add fish and shake to coat evenly. Then fry about 10 minutes. I drain and pat dry the oysters. Then add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (Some Like it Hot!) and dump into bag of fish fry mix to coat and then cook them about 5-6 minutes.
